Welcome to our booking request/status page. Firstly, we'd like to thank you for your patience when booking. We do our very best to accommodate all requests but due to the size of our restaurant and team it can be difficult.

Our restaurant concept is very different to most other restaurants and therefore usual booking processes do not work here. We'd like customers to follow the below booking process which will give you the best chance of making a booking.

Please read the below carefully in order to increase your chances of getting a seat.

Booking Dates
Bookings are taken on the first and third Monday of each month for the following month. Customers who are successful on the first Monday will not be able to re-book on the third.
On the first Monday we will take bookings up to the 15th of the following month.
On the third Monday we will take bookings for the remaining days of the following month.

Due to the winter holidays the booking schedule for January and February will be slightly irregular. Please check the below schedule to ensure you are clear on the booking dates for the winter period.

December bookings
If you wish to book for:
1st - 23rd December - Fully booked
24th - 31st December - Closed

January bookings
If you wish to book for:
1st - 16th January - Closed
17th - 31st January please call on Monday 5th December

February bookings
If you wish to book for:
1st - 15th February please call on Monday 19th December
16th - 28th February please call on Monday 23rd January

March bookings
If you wish to book for:
1st - 15th March please call on Monday 6th February
16th - 31st March please call on Monday 20th February

Method of Booking
We only accept phone bookings.
Please be aware that we no longer accept any other form of booking.
In order to avoid disappointment, we kindly ask customers to refrain from trying to book in person by visiting the restaurant or through email. We cannot accept any advanced bookings outside of the above schedule.

Booking Line Opening Hours
Phone lines are open from 11am to 4pm.
Calls outside these hours will not get through and we cannot accept requests from the answering machine as we are not able to call back.

Availability and allocation of seats are entirely at the discretion of the restaurant.
In order to make our dining experience as accessible and enjoyable as possible, we strive towards maintaining a balance of diners.
There is a maximum of 4 people per group and we kindly ask customers who are successful on the first Monday to refrain from calling to re-book on the third. Please share the opportunity with other customers who were not successful.

Waiting List
We have a date specific waiting list, whereby you can email us a date that you may be able to make should we get a cancellation. This allows us to contact customers directly if a cancellation does open up on the date you prefer. Please send an e-mail to bookings@sushitetsu.co.uk (Subject: Waiting List) with the below details included:
1. Full name (first and surname)
2. Mobile number
3. Request dates
4. Number of people (up to 4 people)
5. Available time : either 1st seating (5:30pm) or 2nd seating (8:00 pm) or both seatings .

Due to the high volume of emails we receive, we will only be able to reply to your email (or you will get a phone call from us) if we have the chance to offer you a cancellation space which has matched your details (above 3. 4. 5).
Unfortunately we are not able to put your name on the waiting list if your request is not specific, like 'any days, first possibility etc.'
For the customers that are flexible on dates, please check our twitter feed for cancellations.
If a cancellation comes up at the very last minute, it will be posted on our twitter feed @SushiTetsuUK as per the below.

Follow us on Twitter
Twitter is a great way for our customers to stay up to date with bookings. If we have any cancellations, we post a comment on Twitter where we operate a first call received, first served basis. We'd highly recommend following us at @SushiTetsuUK. A notification will be posted on twitter to let customers know the place has been filled.

Child policy
Due to the nature of the dining experience and the fact we have limited space, unfortunately we do not accept children under the age of 12. If customers arrive with children under the age of 12, we will unfortunately have to cancel the booking (a cancellation fee may apply). Thank you for your understanding.
