Welcome to our booking request/status page. Firstly, we'd like to thank you for your patience when booking. We do our very best to accommodate all requests but due to the size of our restaurant and team it can be difficult.

Our restaurant concept is very different to most other restaurants and therefore usual booking processes do not work here. We'd like customers to follow the below booking system which will give you the best chance of making a booking.

Please read the below carefully in order to increase your chances of getting a seat.

Booking Dates
Bookings are taken on the first and third Monday of each month for the following month. Customers who are successful on the first Monday will not be able to re-book on the third.
On the first Monday we will take bookings up to the 15th of the following month.
On the third Monday we will take bookings for the remaining days of the following month.

December bookings - Fully Booked

Winter break
We will be closed for a winter holiday from 20th Dec 2015 to 13th Jan 2016

January bookings *
We will be closed for lunch service throughout January, so can only accept dinner service.
If you wish to book for:
1st - 13th January we will be closed
14th - 31st January please call on Monday 7th December

February bookings *
If you wish to book for:
1st - 15th February please call on Monday 18th January
16th - 29th February please call on Monday 25th January

* Please note that the booking schedule for January and February will be slightly irregular due to our winter break.

March bookings
If you wish to book for:
1st - 15th March please call on Monday 1st February
16th - 31st March please call on Monday 15th February

Further booking dates will be updated regularly, as per the above booking process.

Method of Booking
We only accept phone bookings.
Please be aware that we no longer accept any other form of booking.
In order to avoid disappointment, we kindly ask customers to refrain from trying to book in person by visiting the restaurant or through email. We cannot accept any advanced bookings outside of the above schedule.

Booking Line Opening Hours
Phone lines are open from 11am to 4pm.
Calls outside these hours will not get through and we cannot accept requests from the answering machine as we are not able to call back.

Availability and allocation of seats are entirely at the discretion of the restaurant.
In order to make our dining experience as accessible and enjoyable as possible, we strive towards maintaining a balance of diners.
There is a maximum of 4 people per group and we kindly ask customers who are successful on the first Monday to refrain from calling to re-book on the third. Please share the opportunity with other customers who were not successful.

Tips for Making a Booking
The more flexible you are with dates, times and number of people, the higher the probability of being successful. Evenings are higher in demand and therefore fill up faster than lunchtime.

We have a date specific waiting list. Should you wish to be informed of a cancellation on a specific date, please send an email to bookings@sushitetsu.co.uk (subject: Waiting List) with your date, name, phone number and number of people. Unfortunately, we will only be able to contact you if a cancellation is made on your requested date due to the high volume of emails we are receiving. In the event of a cancellation on your specified date you will be contacted by phone or e-mail. All other cancellations are posted on our twitter feed @SushiTetsuUK and are handled on a first call received, first served basis. A notification will be posted on twitter to let customers know the place has been filled.
